Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and guest-focused Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in managing daily restaurant operations and delivering exceptional service in line with five-star luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Supervise and guide the service team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Welcome guests, understand their requirements, and ensure a personalised dining experience.
- Monitor service standards, table setups, grooming, and overall restaurant presentation.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen, Stewarding, and other departments for smooth service.
- Assist with staff briefings, training, duty allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel service standards.
- Monitor restaurant reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow.




- Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving revenue, cost-control, and guest satisfaction targets.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports as required.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role in a five-star hotel, luxury property, or fine-dining restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of F&B; service and restaurant operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and guest-handling skills.
- Valuable knowledge of food and beverage service standards and dining etiquette.
- Ability to manage a team and handle busy operations confidently.
- Strong grooming, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A hospitality/F&B; qualification will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
