Job Summary

Mochitha’s Moksha is seeking an experienced, organised, and proactive Operations Manager to oversee our travel operations, office administration, customer coordination, and vendor management.

The ideal candidate should have at least five years of experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, office administration, or a related field. The person must possess excellent communication skills in Malayalam, English, and Hindi and should be capable of independently managing day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations and administration of the office.
- Handle customer enquiries received through telephone, WhatsApp, email, social media, and direct visits.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable pilgrimage, spiritual, cultural, and heritage tour packages.
- Prepare customised itineraries, travel quotations, booking confirmations, and tour-related documents.
- Coordinate flight, train, hotel,



cab, and other travel bookings.
- Manage registrations, payments, passenger details, and documentation for group tours and pilgrimages.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport operators, tour guides, destination partners, and other service providers.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive rates and reliable services.
- Supervise tour arrangements from initial enquiry through the successful completion of the journey.
- Maintain accurate customer, booking, payment, vendor, and operational records.
- Prepare passenger lists, rooming lists, travel schedules, invoices, and operational reports.
- Coordinate with accounts, sales, marketing, tour leaders, and ground-support teams.
- Follow up with prospective customers and support the conversion of enquiries into confirmed bookings.
