- 1+ year of experience in Production Support, Application Support, Cloud Support, or a similar technical support role.
- Solid hands-on experience with AWS services, particularly Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, RDS, SQS/SNS, EventBridge, Step Functions, Glue, Kinesis, and OpenSearch.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, SQL, microservices, distributed systems, and production troubleshooting.
- Experience with Freshdesk or similar ticketing/ITSM platforms.
- Strong knowledge of log analysis, monitoring, incident management, and root cause analysis.
- Ability to troubleshoot end-to-end integrated systems and effectively coordinate with multiple technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively during critical production incidents.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document technical issues clearly.
