Job Details:

The Development Engineers II are experienced professionals who take on more complex software development tasks. They are responsible for designing and implementing software solutions, conducting code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to the overall improvement of the development process. Development Engineers II have a deep understanding of software development principles and technologies and play a key role in delivering high-quality software products.

This position will primarily focus on application support (80%). Over time, the resource will have opportunities to contribute to ABAP-based developments and enhancements (20%) as business needs evolve.
- Provide functional and technical support for SAP Transportation Management (TM) applications.
- Handle incidents, service requests, and problem management activities in line with SLA commitments.
- Act as a Level 2/Level 3 support consultant for SAP TM-related issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions for recurring issues.




- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements.
- Support key SAP TM processes, including:
- Freight Order Management
- Freight Unit Management
- Transportation Planning & Optimization
- Transportation Execution
- Analyze business requirements and assist in implementing system enhancements and change requests.
- Collaborate with business users and cross-functional SAP teams to resolve production issues.
- Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
