The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, connecting with prospective clients, developing relationships with existing clients, conducting follow-ups and supporting the growth of the company's client base.

This role is suitable for candidates who are confident communicators, target-oriented, proactive and interested in building a career in financial services and sales.





KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate new leads and identify potential clients through various sources.
- Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and maintain solid client relationships.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings and discussions.
- Explain financial products and services to prospective clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Follow up regularly with leads and convert qualified prospects into clients.
- Maintain proper records of leads, calls, meetings and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the back-office team for smooth execution of client requirements.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of prospective clients.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain professional communication and provide excellent customer service.
- Participate in sales meetings, training programs and team activities.
