Job Summary

Overview Gallagher Center of Excellence is seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Development Commercial Operations Coordinator to support the Financial Lines commercial function. This role will provide operational, administrative, reporting, and project coordination support to the Business Development Manager and wider Financial Lines leadership team. The individual will play a key role in driving operational efficiency by managing business reporting, sales administration, project tracking, content governance, CRM support, website coordination, event management, and business development activities. The successful candidate will act as a central point of coordination across multiple stakeholders, ensuring key initiatives remain on track, business information is accurate and accessible, and leadership receives timely reporting and insights to support commercial decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, stakeholder management capabilities, reporting expertise,



and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
Responsibilities
- Travel Calendar Reporting Administration: Maintain an up-to-date travel calendar, including trips, purpose, stakeholders, and locations. Collect and compile completed trip reports, summarizing key insights, market intelligence, and business opportunities. Prepare management summaries highlighting travel outcomes and actionable insights.
- Project Coordination Commercial Support: Provide administrative and project coordination support for Financial Lines initiatives by maintaining trackers (e.g., LawInsure, Architects/RIBA facility, With Intelligence, Surveyors, FI projects), scheduling meetings, documenting actions, monitoring progress, following up with stakeholders, and supporting the timely delivery of project milestones.
- Sales Reporting Commercial Insights: Update sales trackers with current business data and prepare monthly repo
