Business Analyst – Life Sciences

Mandatory Requirements
- 7–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Mandatory experience in the Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical / Healthcare domain.
- Solid hands-on experience with
SQL
for data extraction, analysis, and validation.
- Experience in gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, business users, and technical teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.




- Perform data analysis using SQL to support business decisions and validate data.
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, development, QA, and project teams.
- Support UAT, defect triage, and requirement traceability.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend effective solutions.

Preferred Skills
- Exposure to clinical, regulatory, pharmacovigilance, commercial, or R&D; systems within Life Sciences.
- Experience with reporting and data visualization tools is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar ALM tools.
