This role requires a confident, consultative sales skilled who can manage channel partners, engage HNI and corporate clients, drive site visits, and convert high-value opportunities while upholding the brand's ethos of integrity and sustainability.

We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager – Channel Partner Sales to drive revenue through a strong network of channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants for Nirvaana Hills. The role requires strong relationship-building, partner acquisition, sales coordination, and conversion skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and develop new channel partners and broker networks.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
- Drive sales through channel partner-generated leads and references.
- Conduct regular partner meetings, project presentations, and training sessions.
- Ensure channel partners have the required project knowledge, sales collateral, and updates.
- Coordinate and drive site visits, client meetings, negotiations, and closures through partners.
- Track partner performance, leads, site visits, and conversions through CRM.
- Develop strategies to increase channel partner activation and sales productivity.
- Work closely with marketing and leadership teams to support partner-led campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, transparent communication, and strong partner relationships.
