Job Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to acquire new hiring clients and job opportunities for our trained Software Testing students.

Responsibilities
- Generate recent hiring clients and corporate partnerships.
- Connect with HRs, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Collect job requirements for Software Testing and Automation Testing roles.
- Share suitable candidate profiles and coordinate interviews.
- Build long-term relationships with IT companies and recruitment agencies.
- Achieve client acquisition and student placement targets.

Required Skills
- Experience in IT Staffing, Recruitment, Client Acquisition, or Business Development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong network with HRs and IT companies is preferred.

Note: This is not a student admissions or sales role. The focus is on bringing hiring opportunities and placing our trained students.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
