Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic
Senior Cost Manager




with 15+ years of proven expertise in cost planning, budgeting, contract management, and financial control across large-scale projects. The role involves leading cost management functions end-to-end, ensuring financial efficiency, risk mitigation, and value optimization throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Cost Planning & Estimation
- Lead detailed cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting for large and complex projects.
- Prepare and validate cost estimates at various project stages (concept, design, execution).
- Develop cost benchmarks and maintain cost databases for future reference.

Project Commercial Management
- Oversee end-to-end commercial management of projects.
- Manage contract administration, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and financial governance.

Financial Control & Reporting
- Monitor project costs, cash
