We are a brand marketing and social agency building D2C and premium lifestyle brands that people actually feel something about. We are looking for a Brand Manager who thinks like a consumer psychologist and works like a producer.

What you will own
- Brand strategy and positioning for 3 to 5 client accounts: audience psychographics, brand voice, category gaps, messaging architecture
- Content strategy that ships: monthly calendars, reel briefs, carousel structures, campaign concepts mapped to awareness, consideration and conversion
- Copy and creative direction: hooks, captions, ad copy, scripts, landing page messaging
- Meta ads support: creative briefs, angle testing, reading performance and rewriting what is not working
- Client relationships: presenting strategy, defending ideas, taking feedback without losing the plot
- Execution accountability: coordinating designers, editors and photographers so decks turn into live posts, not pending tasks

Who this is for
- Someone genuinely enthu about brands. You notice packaging,



you screenshot ads, you have opinions on why a campaign worked
- Confident in a room. You can pitch your idea to a founder and hold your ground with reasoning, not volume
- You love execution as much as ideating. Big ideas are easy. Shipping them on a Tuesday with three revisions pending is the actual job
- You understand real human consumer psychology: why people buy, what they say they want vs what they actually pay for, what triggers a save, a share, a DM
- Strong writing instinct in English. Telugu or Hindi fluency is a plus for local campaign work
