Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and highly articulate Finance Operations Executive to join our finance operation team at Greshma Finvest Pvt Ltd (Caprion) in Mumbai.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end financial operations, untangling complex data reconciliations, and interpreting commercial agreements.

The ideal candidate lives in advanced Excel sheets, possesses sharp business acumen to understand underlying commercial terms, and can communicate financial insights clearly to both internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities :
- Reconciliations: Perform intricate, multi-layered reconciliations of daily collections, disbursements, bank statements, and partner ledgers. Identify, investigate, and resolve any breaks or variances promptly.
- Data Management: Handle voluminous financial data using advanced Excel techniques.



Maintain accurate operational trackers and look for ways to automate repetitive reconciliation steps.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a bridge between operations, business teams, and external banking/lending partners. Articulate operational updates, financial discrepancies, and resolutions clearly through structured emails and verbal updates.
- Process Compliance: Ensure all operational accounting workflows strictly adhere to internal controls, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and NBFC regulatory guidelines.

Key Requirements & Skills

Technical Skills:
- Advanced MS Excel Mastery: You must be highly proficient with complex formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, nested IF statements), Pivot Tables, Power Query, and data cleaning techniques. Soft Skills & Abilities:
