Responsible for managing vehicle accessories sales and fitment at Balaji Mahindra Service Centre. Handle accessory enquiries, recommend suitable products, achieve sales targets and ensure timely fitment as per OEM standards. Coordinate with customers, service advisors, technicians, parts and vendors. Maintain accessory stock, billing, inventory and MIS, while ensuring quality installation, customer satisfaction and profitability.
Qualification: Graduate/Diploma preferred
Experience: 2–5 years in automotive accessories/dealership operations
