A Store Department Supervisor manages daily stock operations, inventory accuracy, and team productivity in retail or warehouse environments. The role requires monitoring inventory levels, scheduling staff, enforcing safety rules, and offering competitive compensation packages including health insurance, paid time off, and performance bonuses

Job Overview & Responsibilities
- Inventory Control: Track stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and prevent stock shortages or overstock.
- Team Leadership: Train, schedule, and supervise store floor or warehouse staff daily.
- Operations Management: Oversee safe loading, unloading, and organized placement of goods.
- System Updates: Maintain accurate digital logs using inventory and ERP systems.
- Compliance:



Enforce workplace safety protocols and 5S cleanliness standards.

Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent degree; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in retail, inventory, or stores supervision.
- Solid working knowledge of inventory management systems or ERP software.
- Excellent team coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
