Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming leads and respond to customer inquiries.
- Understand client requirements for residential interior projects.
- Make initial calls and explain the company's interior design services.
- Schedule client meetings and appointments for the sales/design team.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Update lead details and follow-up status in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Design teams.
- Assist in converting enquiries into qualified leads.
Requirements:
- Fresher with a degree/diploma or completed Interior Design course can apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Interest in sales and residential interior design.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable with 6 days working (Monday–Saturday).
- Sunday fixed off.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
