Roles and Responsibilities :
- Oversee the construction process from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements :
- 4-6 years of experience in civil construction or related field (building construction).
- Solid understanding of construction engineering principles and practices.
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
