A modular furniture factory manager oversees end-to-end production operations, including workflow planning, machinery and manpower management, quality control of finishes like laminate or PU, and meeting delivery timelines while optimizing material costs. Key Responsibilities
- Production Planning: Set daily and weekly output targets, manage shop-floor workflows, and prevent machinery downtime.
- Quality Control: Ensure strict compliance with product specifications, dimensions, and standard finishes (e.g., acrylic, veneer).
- Resource Optimization: Monitor raw material usage, reduce panel waste, and control manufacturing expenses.
- Team Leadership: Supervise machine operators, assembly staff, and floor supervisors while enforcing workplace safety.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Align with design, procurement, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution

Required Skills
- Technical knowledge of modular production machinery (such as CNC routers and edge banders).
- Solid background in operations management and inventory tracking.
- Problem-solving abilities for resolving floor-level manufacturing defects.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
