Location: All shifts work onsite in our Mysore , India office located at:3rd FLOOR, 828 and 829, Vijayanagara I Stage, Devaraja Mohalla Mysuru, Karnataka 570017.

Hours: Monday - Friday from 11:30 am - 8:30 pm, IST
The shift may rotate at times when mid-shift or night-shift teams have specific client KPI initiatives which require attention.

Senior Manager - Revenue Cycle Training Quality - Position Summary

At Strivant Health, we believe great training and quality programs are the foundation of operational excellence. As a Senior Manager - Revenue Cycle Training Quality, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of training, onboarding, quality auditing, and employee development initiatives across our global revenue cycle operations.





This role oversees Training and Quality teams supporting Accounts Receivable, Cash Applications, Charge Entry, Patient Access, and other Revenue Cycle Management functions. You will partner closely with Operations, Human Resources, and senior leadership to ensure employees are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to deliver exceptional performance while maintaining quality, compliance, and client service standards.
