Job Title: Senior D2C Growth & Brand Lead – U-Vita

We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Senior D2C Expert who can lead the brand end-to-end — from growth strategy to performance marketing, retention, and brand building.

Role Overview

The Senior D2C Growth & Brand Lead will own the complete D2C P&L; for U-Vita and drive scalable, profitable growth across digital channels. This leader will combine brand thinking with performance rigor and customer-first execution.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building U-Vita into a category-leading D2C brand.

Key Responsibilities

1. D2C Strategy & P&L; Ownership
- Own end-to-end D2C revenue, growth, and profitability.
- Develop and execute a 12–24 month growth roadmap.
- Define CAC,



LTV, retention, and contribution margin targets.
- Drive data-led decision making across the funnel.

2. Performance Marketing Leadership
- Lead acquisition across Meta, Google, Amazon, marketplaces, and emerging channels.
- Optimize CAC, ROAS, and blended acquisition efficiency.
- Scale paid campaigns while improving marketing efficiency ratio.
- Manage agencies and in-house performance teams.

3. Brand Building & Positioning
- Define U-Vita’s brand narrative, tone, and positioning in the wellness space.
- Lead creative strategy across paid, organic, and owned channels.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across website, social, packaging, and communication.
- Build strong brand recall and customer trust.

4. E-commerce & Website Optimization
- Optimize conversion rates (CRO) across the website.
- Improve user journey, product storytelling, and checkout flows.
- Drive AOV growth through bundli
