Role & responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day production operations in the manufacturing plant.
- Monitor process parameters and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support batch charging, reaction monitoring, filtration, drying, and packaging activities.
- Maintain production records, logbooks, and batch manufacturing documents.
- Follow safety, health, and environmental (SHE) guidelines at all times.
- Coordinate with production supervisors and shift in-charges for smooth plant operations.
- Assist in troubleshooting minor process-related issues.
- Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness in the assigned work area.
- Support quality and compliance requirements as per company standards.

Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering, B.Sc. (Organic Chemistry), or M.Sc. (Organic Chemistry).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
