About the Role

HBG Knowledge is looking for an experienced and performance-driven
SEO Specialist
who understands the current search landscape and can manage SEO activities across
5 different brands
.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in improving organic visibility, building SEO strategies from the ground up, and helping
new websites achieve rankings and sustainable organic traffic
. The candidate should stay updated with the latest developments in Google Search, AI-driven search, AEO, GEO, technical SEO, content optimization, and changing search behavior.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end SEO activities for
5 HBG brands
.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with each brand's business objectives.
- Handle SEO for both
recent and established websites
.
- Demonstrate experience in helping newly launched websites gain organic rankings and visibility.
- Conduct detailed keyword research, search intent analysis, competitor analysis,



and content gap analysis.
- Plan and implement on-page, off-page, technical, local, and content SEO strategies.
- Identify and resolve keyword cannibalization, indexing, crawling, internal linking, and site architecture issues.
- Optimize website content for
Google Search, AI Overviews, answer engines, and generative AI platforms
.
- Apply current SEO practices related to
E-E-A-T, entity SEO, topical authority, structured data, and semantic search
.
- Work closely with content writers, developers, and designers to implement SEO recommendations.
- Conduct regular technical SEO audits and provide clear implementation recommendations.
- Monitor rankings, organic traffic, leads, conversions, impressions, CTR, and other SEO KPIs.
- Analyze performance through Google Search Console, GA4, and other SEO platforms.
- Identify ranking drops and growth opportunities and take corrective action proactively.
