Key Responsibilities
- Assist in editing short-form video content, including reels, stories, social media clips, and ad creatives.
- Organise, manage, and maintain raw footage and video assets.
- Support basic post-production activities such as colour correction, sound syncing, text overlays, transitions, and effects.
- Assist in on-location and in-studio shoots, including setup, equipment handling, and coordination.
- Adapt and resize video content across different formats and aspect ratios for social and digital platforms.
- Understand creative briefs and execute video edits with speed and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with the creative and marketing teams for content execution.
- Stay updated with video trends, reel formats, editing styles, and content performing across Instagram, YouTube, and Meta.
Requirements
- 01 year of experience in video editing or content creation. Freshers with college projects, freelance work, personal projects, or YouTube content are welcome.
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar video editing software.




- Good understanding of video editing fundamentals, visual composition, pacing, and storytelling.
- Basic knowledge of colour correction, sound editing, transitions, and text animation.
- Interest in social media content, digital marketing, and performance-driven creatives.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and translate them into engaging video content.
- Valuable communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver within deadlines.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve in a fast-paced agency environment.
Desirable Skills
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics is a plus.
- Exposure to AI-powered creative tools such as Runway, CapCut AI, Adobe Firefly, or similar tools is a plus.
- Curiosity to experiment with new editing techniques, formats, and AI-assisted workflows.
