Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage HVAC projects from tendering to installation, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients through effective communication, negotiation, and proposal management.
- Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for HVAC systems, including chillers, AHUs, CRM units, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to estimate project costs accurately.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in HVAC sales or related field.
- Strong knowledge of bid evaluation processes and ability to prepare winning tenders.
- Proficiency in preparing accurate estimates using software such as BOQ builder or similar tools.
