Role: Talent Acquisition Intern

Location: Bengaluru (Work from Office)

Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: 20,000

What will you be doing?
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates based on role requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate fit and interest.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate information in recruitment trackers and ATS.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Assist with offer rollouts, documentation, onboarding coordination, and other recruitment-related activities.
- Support employer branding and hiring initiatives through social media and campus outreach activities.

Who are we looking for?
- MBA (HR) students, recent graduates,



or individuals interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over calls and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment, sourcing, or HR processes is an added advantage.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a rapid-paced environment.
