About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced social media manager to lead and grow our digital presence across platforms. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in social media strategy, content planning, and community management.

Key Responsibilities:




- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals to grow brand presence and engagement.
- Create monthly content calendars and collaborate with the design and content teams.
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis, prepare performance reports, and adjust strategies based on insights to stay ahead in the industry.
- Stay updated on trends, tools, hashtags, platform updates, competitor activity, and best practices.
- Handle community management, including DMs, comments, inquiries, and influencer coordination, to foster and grow an active, engaged online community.
