Job Purpose
We are looking for a Regional Marketing Executive to drive business growth and strengthen the company's pharmaceutical brand presence within the assigned region. The candidate will be responsible for implementing regional marketing strategies, developing customer relationships, supporting sales targets, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and ensuring effective product promotion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional marketing plans in line with company objectives.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and business targets.
- Promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, distributors, and other relevant healthcare stakeholders.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with doctors, pharmacists, key accounts, distributors,



and other customers.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements and market potential.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotional activities, and market movements.
- Provide regular market intelligence and competitor feedback to the management and marketing team.
- Coordinate with the sales team to implement product campaigns, promotional activities, product launches, and customer engagement programs.
- Ensure adequate product availability and coordinate with distributors/stockists for smooth product distribution.
- Track primary and secondary sales and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare regional sales and marketing reports and provide insights to management.
- Support medical camps, CME programs, product presentations, conferences, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.
