Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of sales executives to achieve business targets for MSME loans, working capital loans, and other financial products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
- Identify recent business opportunities through networking, market research, and industry events.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive lending landscape.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in MSME loan sales or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of solar finance (if applicable) and ability to develop innovative solutions for customers' needs.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
