Job Description for Manager Organizational Excellence and Quality

The Quality Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving the organization's Quality Management System (QMS). This role ensures consistent service and process excellence across all departments by establishing quality standards, driving compliance, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization.

The Quality Manager collaborates with business leaders to improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, employee performance, and regulatory compliance while supporting the organization's strategic objectives.

Key areas of responsibility

Quality Strategy and Governance
- Develop and execute the organization's quality strategy aligned with business objectives and vision.
- Design, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Establish quality policies, procedures, standards, and governance frameworks.
- Monitor organizational quality performance through defined KPIs and dashboards.




- Drive a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Process Excellence
- Standardize and optimize business processes across functions.
- Lead Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other process improvement initiatives.
- Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and root cause analysis.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and customer experience.

Audit and Compliance
- Plan and conduct internal quality audits across departments.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
- Coordinate external audits and certification activities (e.g., ISO 9001, COPC, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, depending on industry).
- Track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to closure

Performance Management
- Develop organizational quality scorecards and reporting mechanisms.
- Analyze trends in quality metrics and recommend improvement plans.
