*An Industrial Construction Project Manager oversees and coordinates all aspects of industrial construction projects, from initial planning to final completion, ensuring they are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget while adhering to safety regulations and quality standards.*

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Develops project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Management: Manages relationships with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Budget and Cost Control: Manages project budgets, tracks expenses, and ensures projects stay within allocated costs.
- Schedule Management: Develops and maintains project schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time.
- Risk Management: Identifies and manages potential project risks.
- Quality Control: Ensures that all construction work meets quality standards and safety regulations.
- Communication:



Facilitates effective communication among project teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
- Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves project issues as they arise.
- Coordination: Coordinates with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other specialists.
- Leadership: Mentors and guides junior project managers and construction staff.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
