What You Will Own
- Build and execute the complete Performance Marketing & Growth strategy.
- Own the entire funnel awareness → acquisition → conversion → retention → repeat purchase.
- Manage and scale performance marketing across Meta, Google, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Develop an extraordinary creative testing engine new concepts, hooks, angles, formats, storytelling and offers.
- Work closely with the creative team to produce ads that stand out, stop scrolling and create conversations.




- Constantly experiment with new customer segments, creatives, landing pages, offers and campaigns.
- Analyse campaign data and convert insights into actionable growth experiments.
- Own CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, LTV and overall marketing ROI.
- Build a scalable acquisition engine rather than simply optimising existing campaigns.
- Identify what competitors are doing and then find ways to do it differently and better.
- Use customer psychology, cultural trends and creative storytelling to create campaigns that people remember.
- Build a strong feedback loop between ads → customer behaviour → product → creative → growth.
