Key Responsibilities
- Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
- Welcome customers warmly and create a positive first impression.
- Actively approach and attract walk-in customers to the showroom.
- Understand customer needs, budget, and preferences and recommend the right products.
- Explain product features, benefits, prices, offers, finance schemes, and product comparisons.
- Demonstrate products effectively and highlight the advantages and value to customers.
- Generate new enquiries through referrals, WhatsApp, phone calls, local contacts, and promotional activities.
- Follow up regularly with customers who have made enquiries or shown interest.
- Convert enquiries and walk-in customers into successful sales.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
- Promote ongoing offers, seasonal campaigns, exchange offers, finance schemes, and special promotions.
- Support showroom activities during Onam, festival seasons, AC season, clearance sales, and other promotional campaigns.
- Maintain proper product display, pricing,



and showroom presentation.
- Keep updated on new products, competitor pricing, offers, and market trends.
- Coordinate with billing, delivery, warehouse, installation, and service teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally and assist in closing high-value sales.
- Maintain customer details and follow up on pending enquiries and quotations.
- Encourage customers to consider additional or related products where appropriate.
- Maintain professional grooming, discipline, attendance, and customer-handling standards.
- Work as a team with other sales staff, brand promoters, and the Branch Manager to achieve showroom targets.

Customer Attraction & Sales Growth
- Proactively engage customers instead of waiting for customers to approach.
- Create interest by highlighting attractive offers, new arrivals, best-selling products, and limited-period deals.
