We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and generating qualified leads for our sales team. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients through platforms such as LinkedIn, industry databases, and other lead generation tools.
- Conduct outreach via email, phone calls, and social media to generate interest in the companys products and services.
- Qualification of Leads: Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and qualify them for the sales pipeline.
- Use frameworks like BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing) or MEDDIC to evaluate leads effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategies and campaigns.




- Provide feedback to the marketing team on the quality and effectiveness of leads and campaigns.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities in the companys CRM system (e.g., ZOHO, FreshSales, Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Track and report on KPIs such as emails sent, calls made, meetings booked, and qualified leads delivered.
- Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer challenges to tailor outreach efforts.
- Provide actionable insights to improve product positioning and outreach strategies.

Key Qualifications
- Education : Bachelors degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience :
- 13 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS or tech.
- Experience with cold calling, email campaigns, and lead nurturing is a plus.
