Paper Kite School is looking for an
AMI or IMC-trained Montessori Adult/Guide for the 3–6 age group
to join our growing team.

We are a new, thoughtfully built school with Montessori at the heart of our practice. As a growing organisation, this role offers the opportunity to
contribute meaningfully to the culture and development of the school, take on greater responsibilities over time, and grow along with the organisation.

The Role

You will work closely with the classroom team to create and sustain a calm, purposeful Montessori setting where children are respected, observed carefully, and supported towards independence. Success in this role is not only about strong Montessori knowledge. We are looking for someone who brings
humility, warmth, consistency and a genuinely collaborative spirit
to the work.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain a beautiful, orderly Montessori 3–6 environment.
- Observe children closely and plan presentations based on individual developmental needs.




- Give Montessori presentations with clarity and precision.
- Maintain observation records and document children's progress.
- Support children's independence, concentration and social development.
- Work collaboratively with fellow adults, school leadership and support staff.
- Participate thoughtfully in parent communication, meetings and school events.
- Contribute to the continued development of the classroom and the wider school community.
- Engage in ongoing reflection and professional learning.

Qualifications
- AMI or IMC Montessori training for the 3–6 age group is required.
- Prior experience in a Montessori 3–6 environment is preferred but not compulsory.
- Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and practice.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Ability to observe carefully, communicate respectfully and work as part of a team.
