? Hiring: Performance Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a
Performance Marketing Specialist
who can take ownership of paid campaigns and help brands scale through data-driven marketing.

What you’ll be responsible for:
- Plan, launch & optimize
Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Lead generation & conversion campaigns
- Audience research, targeting & retargeting
- Monitor
CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR & conversion rates
- Create and manage campaign funnels
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports
- A/B testing of creatives, audiences & ad copies
- Coordinate with the creative/content team to improve ad performance
- Develop strategies to increase leads, sales & ROI

What we’re looking for:
- 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with
Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads




- Understanding of pixels, conversion tracking & remarketing
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets
- Experience with lead generation/e-commerce campaigns is a plus
