We‘re looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive to manage recruitment and support day-to-day HR operations. Whether you‘re a fresher with the right attitude or have 1–2 years of HR experience , we‘d love to hear from you.

- Graduate in BBA, B.Com, BA, BSW, or any equivalent degree
- MBA in HR is preferred but NOT mandatory
- Freshers with a solid interest in HR are welcome.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment or HR Operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage offer letters, onboarding, and induction.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Attendance and leave management.




- Employee engagement activities.
- HR MIS reporting and recruitment trackers.
- Support performance review and quality checks.
- Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements.
