Implementation of Quality Assurance system to ensure product quality as per specification for incoming, in-process and outgoing products.
- Maintenance of QA lab procedures with traceability to National/International standards as applicable.
- Implement QA management systems to ensure products meet customer specifications and requirements.
- Coordinate with external and internal agencies for audits and certifications.
- Implement best practices and systems under IMS comprising ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, SA8000, ISO 22000, ISO 50001 and BRC.
- Coordinate resolution of customer complaints by analysing reasons, interacting with customers and visiting customers if required.
- Effective implementation of CAPAs and reduction in complaint response time to ensure customer satisfaction.




- Plan technically justified dispatches to avoid customer complaints/claims related to quality.
- Guide team to use TQM tools for improving team performance.
- Identify and arrange training, develop skill matrix to upgrade capabilities and make employees multi- skilled.
- Plan in-house and external training for subordinate capability development.
- Follow applicable statutory requirements, BSC Five Star OHS and latest Process Safety Audit requirements.
- Ensure implementation of SHE Policy and MAPP within the department.
- Regularly attend Health & Safety Committee meetings.
