Does using technology and data to solve problems and deliver results excite you Are you both a creative and qualitative thinker We re looking for an analytical individual with an interest in programmatic and performance (SEM/Display/Social) media to help us build, measure, and optimize our campaigns to successfully meet client objectives for some of the most well-known Fortune 500 companies in the world.
Role Function
Day-to-Day
- Own the optimization and management of campaigns within our proprietary programmatic jobs platform and PPC channels: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Programmatic DSPs (DV360, Trade desk) and social to scale and achieve/exceed KPI targets for clients.
- Create, categorize and refine keyword lists and programmatic campaign structures as well as strategies to create a comprehensive campaign that drives qualified applicants.
- Implement successful bidding strategies and effective keyword management.
- Manage campaigns to clients weekly and monthly budget and conversion goals
Analysis




- Identify opportunities to grow and scale cross-channel marketing for clients.
- Analyze data to extract insights and transform those insights into actionable changes that will accelerate performance.
- Develop and run experiments to improve account performance.
- Monitor and analyze channel performance and maintain reporting on campaign performance, ROI, CPA, and other channel metrics
Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to communicate campaign strategy, progress and results
- Communicate regularly on status, timeline, budget, deliverables, performance reporting, and competitive intelligence analysis.
- Present data on monthly and quarterly calls to client teams, reviewing metrics and optimizations.
Qualifications
- Relevant recent experience of 2+ years with proven understanding of the digital media space.
- Experience with PPC, specifically Google Ads and Facebook/LinkedIn Ads, as well as programmatic DSPs. Google Ads Certification a p
