Delivery/ Project Manager - Digital Transformation - (BFSI) - India (IK)

Role Type: Project Manager (Delivery Manager)

Experience: 8-12 years of overall relevant experience. BFSI Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 5 years of recent BFSI (Banking, Financial Services Insurance) experience is mandatory.

Location: Open - candidate can be based at any of our India delivery locations, with a preference for Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Chennai.

Engagement Duration: 1 year+ (this is expected to be a multi-year engagement).

Notice Period: Immediate joiners strongly preferred. Candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days maximum will be considered - this is a firm requirement with no exceptions.

Role Overview: A Delivery Manager with Digital transformation experience gained on complex, global delivery engagements. Exposure to delivering projects in one or two of the following areas: Cards, Payments, Accounts (Servicing), or Security/Authentication. Contact Centre experience is not necessary, as these roles are primarily focused on digital journey delivery.




Key Responsibilities
- Manage delivery of digital transformation initiatives across Cards, Payments, Accounts (Servicing), or Security/Authentication workstreams
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute digital journey delivery on schedule
- Track and report delivery progress, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders
- Support planning and execution across complex, global delivery engagements
- Ensure delivery quality and alignment with digital transformation objectives
Required / Must-Have Skills
- Digital transformation delivery experience on complex global engagements
- Exposure to at least 1-2 of: Cards, Payments, Accounts (Servicing), Security/Authentication
- No Contact Centre background required
