Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
Source and screen IT professionals through job portals and LinkedIn.
Build solid relationships with vendors, clients, and implementation partners.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, negotiations, and onboarding.
Achieve hiring and placement targets while maintaining quality.
Required Skills
34 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
Good understanding of W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizen hiring.
Experience using Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other sourcing platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Hands-on experience in Bench Sales is add advantage.
