Job Description

We are seeking a **Senior Meta Ads Manager** with extensive hands-on experience running Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate can independently manage campaigns, identify performance issues, and scale profitable advertising initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage Meta Ads campaigns from strategy through optimization.
- Allocate budgets based on campaign performance and growth opportunities.
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining target ROAS and CPA.
- Develop prospecting, retargeting, and lookalike audience strategies.
- Test new creatives, audiences, placements, and campaign structures.
- Monitor daily performance and take corrective action when results decline.
- Manage Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI).
- Prepare performance reports and optimization recommendations.
Requirements




- 3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience.
- Strong experience with Facebook and Instagram advertising.
- Proven experience managing substantial monthly ad spend.
- Robust understanding of ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, and conversion rates.
- Experience with eCommerce or lead generation campaigns.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing **$50k+ monthly ad spend**.
- Previous agency or multi-account experience.
- Experience scaling campaigns across multiple markets.
