About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations professional to lead and manage end-to-end HR operations while ensuring seamless employee lifecycle management, compliance, policy implementation, and stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a US Staffing organization and specifically have hands-on experience managing internal HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end internal HR Operations for employees.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, employee records, confirmation, transfers, promotions, performance management, and exits.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, processes, and SOPs aligned with business objectives.
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace concerns, grievances, and conflicts effectively.
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to support HR initiatives and organizational growth.
- Lead employee engagement, retention, and employee experience initiatives.




- Manage performance management processes and ensure timely completion of performance reviews.
- Prepare and maintain HR dashboards, MIS reports, and workforce analytics for leadership review.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and HR best practices.
- Drive continuous process improvements to improve HR operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate employee documentation and HR records.
- Support audits, documentation, statutory compliance, and HR governance activities.
- Collaborate with leadership teams on workforce planning, employee-related decisions, and organizational requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Must have hands-on internal HR Operations experience in a US Staffing company.
- Robust leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day HR operations.
- Experience handling employee relations and workplace grievances.
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced US
