- Generate new customer enquiries through field visits, calls, references and other channels.
- Identify potential customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Explain suitable Tata Motors Commercial Vehicle models, features, perks and pricing.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers regularly.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives where applicable.
- Convert enquiries into bookings and sales.
- Achieve monthly sales and enquiry-conversion targets.
