About the Job Opening:

- Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced AI Solution Designer with deep expertise in designing and delivering GenAI-powered enterprise solutions using the Microsoft AI ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with No-Code, Low-Code, and Pro-Code delivery models, and designing single- and multi-agent AI systems leveraging diverse LLMs for automation, insights, and intelligent experiences. Hands-on with frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, MCP, A2A. Experience in other hyperscalers such as AWS and Google Cloud will be considered a solid advantage.
- The candidate must also be proficient in leading cross-functional teams, including AI engineers, data engineers, and testers, and confident in engaging with business stakeholders and customers to drive AI strategy and solution adoption.
- Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Architecture
- Architect and design scalable AI/GenAI solutions using Microsoft’s AI services such as Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Cognitive Services, Azure ML, and Power Platform.
- Build reusable blueprints and accelerators for agentic systems, LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, knowledge-grounded workflows, AI-driven automations, and enterprise integrations.
- Define API, data, and integration architecture with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, Collaboration tools, and Data Platforms).
- End-to-End Delivery
- Lead full lifecycle delivery: design, build, integrate, test, deploy, and monitor AI solutions.
- Utilize No-Code (Power Platform), Low-Code, and Pro-Code (Python, APIs, AI frameworks, Azure services) for implementation.
- Ensure robustness through governance, security, model evaluation, AIOps/LLMOps, performance optimization, and token-cost control.
