Candidate Requirement:

We're looking for someone who is genuinely valuable at selling — not someone who just talks well or sends proposals.

Your job is simple: take the call, understand the restaurant, present the right plan, handle the objections, and close.

You'll be selling our Walk-In Growth System — website, Google, SEO and marketing as one system — to restaurant owners in Bengaluru and across India, and turning conversations into paying clients.

What you'll work on:
- Discovery Calls:
Run consultation calls with restaurant owners — understand their walk-ins, their competition and what they've already tried.
- Pitching:
Present the Walk-In Growth System clearly, in the owner's language, and tie it to their business — not a feature list.
- Proposals:
Build and send proposals from our generator, follow up on them, and move each one to a decision.
- Objection Handling:
Handle "too expensive", "my nephew can do it", "let me think about it" — and know which objection is real.
- Closing:
Turn agreed conversations into signed clients and collected advances.
- Follow-ups:




Follow up consistently and know when to push, when to wait, and when to let go.
- Pipeline Tracking:
Keep every lead, call, proposal and outcome logged clearly so we both know where things stand.
- Handover:
Pass every closed client to delivery cleanly — nothing promised that wasn't in the proposal.

What we're looking for:

We don't want someone who measures success by how many calls they made.

We want someone who understands that the real result is:

Leads → Discovery Calls → Proposals → Closes → Advances Collected

You should have 3+ years of real sales experience — services or solutions to business owners, not counter sales — and you should have carried a target and hit it. If you've sold before, show us the numbers. If you've sold to restaurant or hospitality owners, even better.
- Base ₹30,000/month + incentives on every deal you close.
Close well and this is a ₹50,000+ role. Bengaluru preferre
