- Cisco CTI Interface development capability
- Salesforce Shield Encryption
- Primarily responsible for Salesforce Integration Development for a Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud project. The role focuses on designing and building secure, scalable integrations between Salesforce and external systems, ensuring compliance with life sciences data security standards including Salesforce Shield Encryption.
- Expertise with Salesforce APIs, batch integration, Robust knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, MuleSoft and Named Credentials.
- In-depth experience with Salesforce Heath Cloud and healthcare compliance standards. Familiarity with OAuth, SAML, JWT, and DevOps practices.
- Certifications in Salesforce Integration or Security.
- Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7/FHIR) and systems like SAP or Veeva.
