Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager, Research & Development, Consumables
Introduction:
The person will be responsible for driving innovation in foundry operations through the development of recent alloys, materials, casting technologies,



and advanced manufacturing processes to enhance product quality, performance, and cost efficiency. It leads research and development initiatives, process optimization, prototype development, and continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing productivity, reducing defects, and improving sustainability. Additionally, the role fosters technical excellence by building external partnerships, monitoring emerging technologies, and conducting training and knowledge-sharing programs across the organization.
