Position Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented Machine Sales Executive with good technical knowledge and strong communication skills to drive sales of industrial machinery. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, explaining machine specifications, conducting client meetings, preparing quotations, negotiating deals, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, IndiaMART, references, exhibitions, and field visits.
- Identify and develop recent B2B customers for machinery and equipment.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machines.
- Explain machine specifications, features, applications, capacity, and benefits to customers.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings.




- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and techno-commercial offers.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers.
- Convert qualified leads into successful orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate with the R&D;, technical, production, service, and operations teams for customer requirements.
- Follow up with customers regarding installation, commissioning, and after-sales requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, customer database, and regular sales reports.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and new business opportunities.
- Travel for customer visits, machine demonstrations, exhibitions, and business meetings as required.
