As a trusted partner to Solar EPC contractors, developers, and industrial clients, we provide engineering-led structural solutions built for durability and rapid deployment. As we scale our footprint across utility and commercial solar markets, we are seeking a proactive, goal-oriented Business Development Manager to drive structural solution sales, cultivate key EPC partnerships, and accelerate revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- B2B Prospecting & Account Acquisition: Identify, target, and acquire high-value business opportunities among Solar EPC companies, developers, installers, and commercial clients looking for custom module mounting structures.
- Technical Solution Selling: Present Mountix’s range of solar structures (rooftop, ground-mount, carports, and custom cold-formed sections) to client engineering and procurement teams,



aligning structural specifications with project constraints.
- Pipeline & Deal Management: Own the full sales lifecycle—from initial lead qualification and BOQ (Bill of Quantities) evaluation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Strategic Partnering: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, project managers, and procurement heads across the solar energy sector.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal engineering, estimation, and manufacturing teams to deliver competitive proposals, technical specs, and accurate delivery timelines.
- Market & Competitor Intelligence: Track solar project tenders, industry policy updates, structural steel trends, and competitor offerings to refine Mountix’s growth strategy.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
