Job Description – Senior Social Media Analyst

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Social Media Analyst with strong digital marketing agency experience and a proven track record of managing and analyzing multiple client accounts.
The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in social media analytics, performance reporting, strategy, client management, and team handling. The candidate will be responsible for deriving actionable insights from social media data and using them to improve content performance and overall client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and analyze social media performance across multiple client accounts.
- Develop social media strategies based on client objectives, audience insights, industry trends, and performance data.
- Track and analyze key metrics including reach, impressions, engagement, CTR, follower growth, conversions, and content performance.
- Prepare and present monthly/weekly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Identify high-performing and underperforming content and recommend optimization strategies.
- Conduct competitor and industry analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Work closely with Social Media Managers, Content Writers, Designers, Video Editors, and Performance Marketing teams.
- Handle multiple clients simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Participate in client meetings and communicate performance insights and recommendations effectively.
- Monitor social media trends, algorithm updates, and platform developments.
- Establish KPIs and performance benchmarks for different client accounts.
- Analyze campaign and content data to identify opportunities for growth.
