Performance Marketing Specialist/ User Acquisition Specialist — Mid-Level

About the Role

We are looking for a mid-level User Acquisition Specialist to drive user growth and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, campaign management, optimization, and data-driven user acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage user acquisition campaigns across paid channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to improve CPI, CPA, ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign and user data to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure productive allocation of spend.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Work closely with the creative and product teams to develop and test high-performing ad creatives.
- Track and report key acquisition and performance metrics.




- Identify underperforming campaigns and implement optimization strategies.
- Stay updated on paid acquisition trends, platforms, and best practices.
- Contribute to scaling successful campaigns while maintaining target acquisition costs.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing.
- Experience managing paid acquisition campaigns with measurable budgets.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CPI, CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, and CVR.
- Experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or other relevant paid acquisition channels.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Comfortable working with campaign dashboards, spreadsheets, and performance reports.
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
